The JFQA welcomes Thierry Foucault as a Managing Editor

We are pleased to announce that Thierry Foucault, HEC Foundation Chaired Professor of Finance at HEC Paris, has accepted our invitation to join us as one of the Managing Editors of the JFQA, effective September 1, 2021.

 As a prolific and highly-cited scholar, Thierry is extremely well-qualified for this role.  In addition to his distinguished record of scholarship, he has served on the scientific committee ​​of the Research Foundation of the Banque de France, The French Financial Markets Authority, the Norwegian Finance Initiative, the Group of Economic Advisors of the Committee of Economic and Markets Analysis of the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), and is a former member the executive committee of the European Finance Association (EFA).  He is currently an Associate Editor at the Journal of Finance and is former Editor of the Review of Asset Pricing Studies.

We are excited to have Thierry bring his expertise and broad scholarship to the JFQA.
